- Billing details: payment information processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.
- Website data: limited analytics (pages viewed, approximate location, device type) to maintain the site.

3. Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to: your lawyer (when you instruct us to), the courts, regulators, our insurer, and trusted service providers (e.g. secure hosting, payment processing). All providers are bound by confidentiality.
4. Storage and security
Evidence and personal data are stored on access-controlled systems located in Australia where reasonably practicable. We apply encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, audit logging and physical security at our Southport premises.
5. Retention and destruction
Forensic images, working data and reports are retained and destroyed under our Data Retention and Destruction Policy. Personal information not required for an active matter or a legal obligation is deleted or de-identified.
6. Access, correction and complaints
You may request access to or correction of your personal information by contacting us using the website forms. If you are concerned about how we have handled your information, contact us first; if unresolved, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
